Dr. Robert Breton graduated in medicine from the Université de Sherbrooke in 1989. He then completed his residency in internal medicine and cardiology within the networks of the Université de Sherbrooke and Université de Montréal, finishing his training in 1994.
Since then, Dr. Breton has been practicing cardiology in Chicoutimi, Quebec, where he leads a versatile practice covering various aspects of cardiology, including interventional hemodynamics and cardiac ultrasound. As the head of the cardiology department at Chicoutimi Hospital, he plays a key role in organizing and optimizing cardiological care within his institution.
Dr. Breton also shares his expertise as a clinical teaching professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences of the Université de Sherbrooke in Chicoutimi, contributing to the education of future healthcare professionals.
