Dr. Sylvie Legault earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Nutrition from the Université de Montréal. She first worked as a clinical nutritionist before pursuing her medical studies.
After completing her training in Internal Medicine and then her specialization in Cardiology at the Université de Montréal, she undertook a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Quebec Heart and Lung Institute (Institut universitaire de cardiologie et de pneumologie de Québec – IUCPQ).
Her main clinical interests include the prevention and rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases, as well as stress echocardiography.
