The goal now is to actively engage the patient in their care journey, helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary to make informed decisions about their treatments and improve their ability to manage their health.<\/p><p>By strengthening their autonomy and understanding, this approach promotes better treatment adherence and improves the quality of care.
