Over time, it evolved into <strong>a true science based on evidence<\/strong>. Some important medical discoveries were made by chance, such as penicillin. However, most modern advances are the result of years of careful and rigorous research.<\/p><p>But how do we know whether a treatment truly works? How can we distinguish facts from beliefs, and real results from impressions?<\/p><p>This is precisely the role of clinical
