JASON ANDRADE MD

Dr Jason Andrade, BSc MD FRCPC FHRS

Before joining the University of British Columbia, Dr Andrade received his BSc from McMaster University, and his MD from the University of Ottawa.

He subsequently completed his Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology fellowship training at the University of British Columbia before embarking on a clinical and research fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology at the Montreal Heart Institute. 

His clinical and research interests include the management of complex atrial arrhythmias and advanced cardiac implantable device therapy.

He is the director of the Vancouver General Hospital Atrial Fibrillation clinic, and director of the electrophysiology laboratory at Vancouver General Hospital, and medical lead of provincial AF care in British Columbia.
